This position was concealed among our circle of friends and became evident in our professional universe, when SW Exports was created. From this moment we began to realize the difficulties foreign companies went through when willing to operate with the highly complex and bureaucratic Brazilian market.

Binding all this information together, we felt the need to apply all our know-how in exports to the import processes. From that SW Inplace was born.

Designed to facilitate and track the import operations yielding our partners’ results. And, inversely, optimizing the work.

Before starting any import process we analyze:

- Research the client’s and product’s necessities;

- Studies about market insertion viability and price composition;

- Ideal media type identification, aiming maximum results with the target market, basing all actions in the product specifications, price and classes;

- Private label development;

- Analizis and product technical adjustments to comply with Brazilian norms and regulations. 

With basic information and in agreement with our clients, we define the strategic plan of action.
